What is the delivery time?
The production process takes an average of 4 to 10 weeks after your order confirmation. This duration may vary depending on the customization options you select.

Are the products limited edition?
Yes, all our creations are produced as limited editions, each accompanied by a unique serial number. This number is stated on the certificate to guarantee the collectible value of the piece.

How are shipping and customs handled?
Our products are shipped in a custom protective box via DHL, FedEx, or UPS with full insurance. Customs clearance is managed by us, while the buyer is only responsible for paying the applicable import duties and taxes.

Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. All shipments are insured and come with a tracking number.

How can I customize my product?
You may choose the color, surface finish (Factory New, Weathered, Battle Damaged), and additional modules (service tray, exhibition mode) at the time of order. Extra modules may also be added later upon request.

Do you provide a certificate?
Each product comes with a signed certificate of authenticity featuring its unique serial number.

What is the warranty period?
For the first 30 days after delivery, all damages and issues are covered under a full warranty. In addition, we offer a 2-year production and paint warranty along with 10 years of spare parts support.

What happens if the product gets damaged?
Within the first 30 days after delivery, any issues including user-related damage are repaired or replaced free of charge. For two years, we continue to provide full warranty coverage for manufacturing defects.

How can I get spare parts?
We provide original spare parts and paint support for up to 10 years. Upon your request, the required parts are shipped to you.

Can I receive visual updates during production?
Yes, upon request, we can share images of specific stages during the production process.

Can you develop special or custom projects?
Yes, from concept design to prototype, we can create fully customized projects. Details are determined at the beginning of the project.

How should I maintain the product?
We recommend keeping your product away from direct sunlight, moisture and extreme heat. For dust cleaning, use a dry and soft cloth.

What are the payment options?
Orders are initiated with 100% upfront payment. Alternatively, you may start production with a 10% deposit, and complete the remaining payment before delivery.

Is return or exchange possible?
As all products are made to order, returns are not accepted. However, if there is any damage or defect upon delivery, we offer a free replacement.
